For my rhetorical assignment I choose my picture to be about the gun silencers. These weapons are become a very big deal at this point because gradually more and more murders will start to come about because its so easy to get away with. For my theme I chose criminal justice because it is something that interests me. When i'm at home watching tv, i love to watch about different court cases and what goes on in the interrogation rooms at the police departments. Gun silencers however, will gradually have a huge impact on our society. Years ago, any gun would make such a loud noise that you could hear them from miles away. At our time now, you can shoot a gun with a silencer on it, and not even hear it from the next house over. I believe that whoever thought this was a good idea made a lot of money off of this product, but i also believe that it should most definitely be illegal. My father being a detective, he also believe that gun silencers should also be illegal. Since these weapons are fairly new to the market, not many people have them. But as they grow and grow they can be extremely dangerous to our enviornment and society.
